-Oversee the implementation of International Service Program activities

-Serve as liaison with college and community officials to facilitate service on campus and in the community.

-Coordinate meetings with other chapters

-Coordinate participation in joint-chapter activities

-Cultivate the chapter’s relationship with campus organizations, faculty, staff and community members

-Coordinate plans for the chapter’s travel to meetings

-Coordinate induction ceremonies

-Lead the implementation of Honors Study Topics activities

Membership/Communication: Paul Decoursey

-Invite eligible students to accept membership

-Coordinate preparations for new member orientations

-Contact members regarding the chapter’s calendar of events

-Coordinate alternate meetings, such as night meetings, which provide opportunities for members with varied schedules to participate

-Maintain website

-Note members on graduation program

Fundraising: Sam McClain, Rick Sandquist

-Organize fundraising activities

-Record all financial transactions

-Collect fees and submit applications (check GPA)

-Order graduation stoles (discuss at Feb. meeting and order beginning of March)

-VP maintains scrapbook
