Q. What is SCOR?
A. SCOR or the Strategic Career Opportunity Resource is an online assessment provided by Iowa Central Community College. Users take the SCOR assessment and then are given reports that detail the individuals strengths as well as detailing which programs at Iowa Central that the person matches up with.
Q. How long does it take to complete the SCOR assessment?
A. The SCOR assessment takes about 45 minutes to complete. If you don't have 45 minutes to complete the SCOR assessment you can always come back later and finish by logging back in with your username and password.
Q. Is there any obligation if I take the SCOR assessment?
A. There is no obligation if you take the SCOR assessment. The purpose of SCOR is to help decide on a career path that will best fit you and your personality.
Q. Do I get to view the results of my SCOR assessment?
A. After you take the SCOR assessment you will be immediately given access to reports that detail your results. You can login anytime after you have taken the SCOR assessment and view your personalized reports.
