Help Desk (Online Students)

Iowa Central’s online help desk provides technical support to anyone having technical difficulties with online course(s). Students can call and leave a detailed message and the online help desk will respond within 24 business hours. Students can also send an e-mail or submit a trouble ticket. Please be as descriptive as possible in when leaving any type of message. To assist students in time conversion, go to http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/ and click on Minneapolis (Iowa has the same time as Minneapolis). If you have curriculum needs or you need help with class, please contact your instructor.
