Join Us For A Festive Holiday Expo!

It’s the second Central Iowa Food and Beverage Expo, but with a holiday theme.

Don’t miss the chance to discover the wealth of wineries, breweries and wonderful food that Iowa has to offer. Pick up ideas, tips and tricks to make your holiday get-togethers easier, less time-consuming, and give you more time with the family, instead of spending time shopping and in the kitchen.

Join us on November 21, 2009 at Iowa Central Community College in Fort Dodge. Here’s what’s in store:

• 11 AM – 6PM in the Career Education Building. (NEW LOCATION!)  Visit vendor booths to sip Iowa wines and beer, learn some interesting facts, taste outstanding foods and delight in the company of fellow enthusiasts.
• Breakout sessions will be ongoing throughout the day. Featured speakers (yet to be announced) will provide a plethora of knowledge on various topics.
• Cooking demonstrations will be held in the gymnasium in half-hour intervals by Chef Michael Hirst, Master Baker Tom Pritchard, and other culinary artists.
