Iowa Central’s help desk is a centralized location for support with media, information services, technology related phone calls and walk-in assistance with technology. The Help Desk also offers computer repair including virus/spyware removal and hardware repair for Iowa Central Student and Staff ONLY. There is a minimal fee plus the cost of any parts for any issue that cannot be fixed within 5 minutes.
Monday - Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Fridays from 7:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
