Apartment Living at Iowa Central Community College
Iowa Central provides on-campus living with 15 apartment style buildings. Dorm life on our campus is not what it used to be!
Amenities included in each apartment:

- Desk for each student
- 19 meals per week
- Couch
- Wireless internet
- Dresser for each student
- Table with chairs
- Membership to on-campus REC Center
Woodruff Apartments
The Woodruff Apartment Building is located on the south end of campus. Within this housing complex we offer:
- Traditional style rooms (2 students)
- Studio style (2-4 students)
- Apartment style (2-5 students)
Woodruff East Tower
This tower houses our "traditional style dorms" on campus. These dorms are furnished with beds, dressers, desks, and chairs. Other amenities included are cable, internet, 19 meals per week, and a membership to the on-campus REC Center. There are also laundry facilities on each floor.
Woodruff Central
This houses our "studio style" dorms on campus. There are both 1 and 2 bedroom apartments which house 2-4 students in each. Each apartment is furnished with a kitchen, beds, dressers, desks, a couch, a table, and chairs. Other amenities included are cable, internet, 19 meals per week, and a membership to the on-campus REC Center. A laundry facility is also available.
Woodruff West
This tower houses our "apartment style" dorms on campus. There are both 1 and 2 bedroom apartments which house 2-5 students in each. Each apartment is furnished with a kitchen, beds, dressers, desks, a couch, a table, and chairs.
