Iowa Central Agriculture Program
Iowa
Central Community College offers two unique educational programs
in an Agricultural Transfer Program and Agricultural Technology Program.
Agricultural Transfer Program
Typically in the Agricultural Transfer Program,
the first two years of the program are taken at Iowa Central and
the final two years are completed at a four-year university.
This program will facilitate a student's transfer from Iowa Central Community College and ultimate graduation from Iowa State University or another 4 year university. Enrolling in a program like this allows a student to combine the best of both possible worlds.
Agricultural Technology Program
In the Agricultural Technology Program the student's attend Iowa Central for two years and upon completion receive an Associate of Applied Sciences Degree. A student who doesn't want to start at a four-year institution
can now take the same courses offered in the Agricultural Transfer curriculum through this program.
