Industrial Trainer and Adjunct Instructor, Safety
This individual will promote a safe work environment for business and industry partners. This position will develop and provide specific safety training as needed for Area V industries. Training may occur day, night, or weekends depending on the needs of the business. The person in this position will train and develop coursework including, but not limited to OSHA, MSHA, Hazardous Material, Confined Spaces, Lead and Asbestos. The person in this position will provide real-life safety training for remote on-site and off-site, hands-on activities.
6000 hours of directly related occupational work experience as a safety professional required, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. Must be certified, or willing to become certified to instruct safety courses such as, but not limited to OSHA 10 and 30, Mine Safety, Lead and Asbestos, Hazardous Materials, and Confined Spaces.
Commensurate with education and experience.
