The local chapter of Iowa Central Community College Business Professionals of America is collaborating with the culinary department to present Murder at the Juice Joint on April 2, 2016 at 6 p.m. at Willow Ridge Golf Course. An evening of murder, mayhem and mobster activity commemorates the 50th anniversary of Business Professionals of America. Proceeds from this fundraiser will benefit students traveling to National Leadership Conference in Boston, Massachusetts in May. Tickets are $35 per person and include hors devours, dinner, entertainment, and prizes! Attendees can simply observe or participate. For tickets and information, call Willow Ridge at (515) 576-5711.

"In honor of The Juice Joint's excellent business, The Juice Joint is throwing a party to commemorate it's success and to remember the previous owner, my late husband, Louie Marie. Since establishment in 1921, The Juice Joint has become and remains the hottest nightspot in town. In appreciation of our customers, I promise a night to remember," said Rosie Marie, owner of The Juice Joint.

Murder at the Juice Joint is a murder mystery set in the era of the Roaring 20's. Guests are encouraged to arrive in costume even if they choose not to request a character card for the evening. Character cards and preliminary information will be delivered by mail or electronically prior to the event for guests that RSVP prior to March 18.

The mission of Business Professionals of America is to contribute to the preparation of a world-class workforce through the advancement of leadership, citizenship, academic, and technological skills.
