The Iowa Industrial New Jobs Training Program (260E) was developed to provide funding to meet the wide variety of training and employee development needs for new employees of expanding business. Funding is generated by the sale of certificates (bonds) allowing companies an opportunity to provide training at no cost to the company. The assistance ranges from highly specialized educational programs to basic skill training for new positions.

260F Iowa Jobs Training Program


The Iowa Jobs Training Program (260F) provides funding for training existing employees. This is an application process in which Iowa Central applies to the state for funding on behalf of an area company. A maximum award is $25,000 provided the company offers a minimum 25% cash match. This is a forgivable loan to the company for training; training must be completed in order to have the loan forgiven.

ACE Program


The Accelerated Career Education (ACE) Program is designed to provide funding for cost associated with adding student capacity. The programs are developed jointly between Iowa Central and a specific company or consortium of businesses to meet their skilled workforce needs.
