Payment Plans

For Season Ticket Holders, we offer a 10-month payment plan when you order online, over the phone or at our box office. You may make custom payment arrangements with the box office and pay off at any time. If you need to make changes to your package payment details, please contact our box office at 515-574-1210.

Ticket Availability

Any tickets purchased through the Iowa Central Box Office will be available as an E-Ticket, Mobile ticket or thermal printed ticket. Thermal printed tickets are available from the Box Office only. You may select the option to pick up your tickets at Will Call from the Box Office the night of the performance. If your tickets are held at Will Call, please visit the box office counter on the day of the event. You will need a valid photo ID to pick up your tickets. Mailed tickets are available upon request.

Exchanges

You will be able to exchange tickets once season ticket access is opened each year.

As a Season Ticket Holder, you may request to move your Season Tickets into different seats for your scheduled performance time.

Restrictions and Ticket Limits will apply.

If new tickets are higher priced than original tickets, payment for the difference will be applied at the time of exchange. Exchanges requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the start of the performance you are exchanging out of. Exchanges can be made in-person at the Iowa Central Box Office or by calling 515-574-1210.
