Industrial Machinist Diploma Program

The Industrial Machinist diploma is the first year of the Computer Integrated Fabrication program and is designed to introduce students to the skills need to work in the tool and die industry. Students will be introduced to the skills needed for such jobs as general machinist, tool and die makers, tool designers and many more. Student may continue into a second year to obtain an Associate of Applied Science degree. 

Proficiency Based Opportunity


The new program offers a flexible learning option for the employee and the employer. Iowa Central is now offering proficiency-based courses where students can earn their degree by completing courses using hands on skills through proficiency testing.
