Head Women's Wrestling Coach and Student Development Assistant
About the Position
The Head Coach will be directly responsible for the overall direction of the Women’s Wrestling program. This involves recruiting, retaining members, and overall in-season/off-season strategies/programs. Must follow Iowa Central Community College’s academic/conduct policies and NJCAA and ICCAC rules and regulations. The Student Development Assistant is responsible for retaining and enrolling prospective, former, and current students.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. College playing experience preferred, coaching experience at the collegiate level preferred. Must hold a current Class C Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement or willingness to complete prior to athletic season.

The coaches inspire me every day, not just to be a good dancer, but to be a better person, teammate, captain, and student. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else other than Iowa Central.
