WC Cruisers Present Scholarships

Iowa Central students in the Diesel Technology and Auto Restoration programs received scholarships from the WC Cruisers recently.
The 2022-2023 scholarships were presented to 11 students who earned the award by volunteering at the organization’s annual car show event, Cruise to the Woods, which is Iowa’s largest car cruise show featuring over 1,300 cars. The students help with parking and directing the cars as they enter the event, held in October at the Lizard Creek Ranch west of Fort Dodge.

A total of $3,700 was presented to the students by WC Cruisers Board Member Rachel Austin (pictured at far right)
