Iowa Central Community College Announces Hall of Fame Inductees for 2024

Several individuals with strong local ties will be inducted into the Hall of Fame at Iowa Central Community College this fall. The annual event will take place on Saturday, November 9th on the Fort Dodge campus of Iowa Central.
The 2024 Hall of Fame inductees are Melvin Schroeder of Fort Dodge in the Outstanding Staff/ Faculty category, Mark Campbell of Otho in the Outstanding Alumni category, and Barb Crooks and Robert “Bobby” Thompson, both of Fort Dodge, in the Outstanding Athlete category. Additionally, Darrelynn Dunn of Normal, IL will be recognized in the Outstanding Athlete category and the 2009 Men’s Wrestling team will be recognized for the Outstanding Athletic Team. Last but not least, Great Western Dining will be inducted into the Hall of Fame for the Humanitarian Award.
The event will begin at 4:00pm with a social hour followed by a meal and honoring of the inductees at 5:00pm a silent auction will be held featuring a variety of items.
