Iowa Central Community College invites the public to attend an Open House and Bond Referendum Discussion at the Webster City Campus on Monday, October 20, beginning at 4:30 in the afternoon.

 

The event offers an opportunity for community members to learn more about the exciting updates taking place at Iowa Central’s Webster City Center — including the chance to meet new Center Director Rachael Hanson. Hanson will share her vision for helping students succeed and her plans for continued growth and connection within the Webster City community.

 

During the open house, Iowa Central President Dr. Jesse Ulrich will lead a Bond Referendum Town Hall Discussion, highlighting the upcoming zero tax increase bond renewal. Dr. Ulrich will outline how the renewal will support modernization and improvements across Iowa Central’s campuses, including facilities and technology updates, while continuing to build on the college’s longstanding commitment to student and community success.

 

“We’re excited to welcome our community to see what’s happening in Webster City and to talk about the future of Iowa Central,” said Dr. Ulrich. “This bond renewal allows us to keep moving forward without increasing the tax rate, it’s an investment in our students, our workforce, and our region.”
