Help Desk (Online Students)
Iowa Central’s online help desk provides technical support to anyone having technical difficulties with online course(s). Students can call and leave a detailed message and the online help desk will respond within 24 business hours. Students can also send an e-mail or submit a trouble ticket. Please be as descriptive as possible in when leaving any type of message. To assist students in time conversion, go to http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock and click on Minneapolis (Iowa has the same time as Minneapolis). If you have curriculum needs or you need help with class, please contact your instructor.
Students can search the knowledgebase for answers to any questions, or contact us using one of options below.
