Fitness Center (REC)
Check out the Iowa Central Rec Center which is FREE for with your student ID for on-campus students and small fee for off-campus students. The Iowa Central Rec offers an assortment of cardio and strength equipment to meet your fitness goals. We also have a partnership with the Fort Dodge Community Recreation Center to offer students more membership options for discounted prices.
