ELDT Train & Test - Proficiency Based Course

Our ELDT Train & Test Short Course is designed for experienced drivers who need to complete ELDT requirements to upgrade or add a CDL class or endorsement. It’s ideal for employers, individuals upgrading for a current role, agriculture, or personal use. This streamlined program meets all federal ELDT requirements without the long-time commitment of a full career program.

Online Theory Modules

  • Must be completed before behind-the-wheel training
  • Each quiz requires a minimum score of 80% to pass

One-Day Behind-the-Wheel Training

  • Offered weekly: Monday - Friday
  • Manual: 7:00am - 3:30pm
  • Automatic / Passenger / School Bus: 8:00am - 3:30pm
  • Training includes:
    • Drive test (manual includes required shifting and double clutching this is due to state and federal regulations due to our trucks are non-synchronized)
    • All ELDT public and range-road steps
    • Preparation for DOT skills testing - Pre-trip, skills and DOT drive

Testing

  • Authorized 3rd-Party DOT Testing Center
  • CDL skills tests completed on-site at least 48 hours after training (per Federal and state regulations)
  • Skills tests: 1.5-2 hours
  • Written tests available on-site by appointment
  • Additional training may be required if proficiency is not demonstrated; extra charges apply if skills tests must be repeated more than twice and with extra training.

Refresher Course - Certificate course


Get back behind the wheel with confidence.

  • Duration: 1-week intensive training
  • Who it’s for: Drivers who currently hold a CDL or previously held one but need to refresh their skills
  • Focus: Rebuilding confidence, updating driving skills, and preparing for real-world driving situations
  • Cost: $1,500 (for CDL holders) | $1,750 (if CDL testing is required)
  • Schedule: Based on staffing and availability

Hazmat ELDT


  • Theory only
  • Online Theory course: $100

The campus has a spectacular structure. ICCC has individual learning, as it is a school with a "smaller" number of students, the teachers give you more attention which helps you better understand the subject. The ARC helps students, as there is a reading and writing center inside, as well as tutors for general subjects.
