Help Desk
Iowa Central’s help desk is a centralized location for support with media, information services, technology related phone calls and walk-in assistance with technology. For assistance with online classes visit the Online Learning Help Desk here.
Operating Hours
- During the first 2 weeks and the the last 2 weeks of the Fall and Spring Semester
- Monday - Thursday from 7:30am to 8:00pm, and Fridays from 7:30am to 5:00pm
- All other times except holidays
- Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
- You can find the Help Desk office in the north end of the Art & Technology Building (ATB) in Room 127. Click here to see a site map of the college to find the building.

The campus has a spectacular structure. ICCC has individual learning, as it is a school with a "smaller" number of students, the teachers give you more attention which helps you better understand the subject. The ARC helps students, as there is a reading and writing center inside, as well as tutors for general subjects.
